Tempranillo is an early ripener, which is necessary in our cool Bowral climate to gain ripe, red fruit flavours. Light-medium-bodied, rounded and smooth, with aromas of sour cherry, red confectionary, red fruits and spice, this wine is dangerously drinkable! To highlight the juicy red fruit flavours and textures, minimal oak contact was used. Fantastic with canapés, drink now to 2015.
